Tu BiShvat invites us to reflect on our relationship with the natural world and the living systems that sustain us. In this workshop, we’ll explore what it means to honor the more-than-human world within and around us, asking what new growth might be quietly emerging beneath the surface. Through Jewish text, hands-on art-making, and reflective writing, we’ll nurture our creativity and open space for insight, connection, and renewal.
No art or text experience needed, just openness to process and possibility.
Josh Conescu (he/him) is a Jewish Studio Project-trained facilitator who has been working in Jewish education in the Boston area for 25 years. Before teaching, Josh was an improvisational actor / theatre manager in Seattle. Josh happened onto a JSP intensive workshop in Berkeley in November, 2019. The experience rewired his relationship to Jewish texts, teaching and his understanding of how each of us is uniquely creative.
