With generous support from Jewish Long Beach, JSP is inviting local Jewish educators, rabbis, and community leaders to join the Jewish Studio Process Immersion for Jewish Professionals in Long Beach. Through this unique program, you’ll learn how to integrate the Jewish Studio Process — a transformative blend of text study, art-making, and spiritual reflection — into your work, revitalizing both your personal practice and professional life.

  • As a JSP Long Beach Immersive Participant, you will:

    • Engage in two virtual workshops and an immersive two-day retreat in Long Beach, gaining hands-on experience with the Jewish Studio Process.

    • Develop practical skills and a clear plan for leading creative programming drawing on the Jewish Studio Process around an upcoming holiday in your community.

    • Join a supportive cohort of peers and receive personalized guidance as you apply what you’ve learned to real-life settings.

    • Be at the forefront of introducing creative, resilience-building practices into Jewish life in Long Beach.

    • Receive on-going support from JSP staff to bring Jewish Studio Process programming to your community upon completion of the immersive.

  • This immersive program is highly subsidized by Jewish Long Beach. The program fee is $360 to participate which includes all program materials, live instruction, and meals during the in-person retreat. Our goal is to never turn someone away for lack of funds.     • Seeking support and inspiration to fuel their professional passion

    • Looking to gain creative tools, practices, and community to sustain their work

    • Ready to learn the Jewish Studio Process Methodology

    • Excited to be a part of a dynamic cohort of other Jewish professionals in Long Beach

  • Applications are now open and will be accepted on a rolling basis with final admissions no later than December 18th.

    All finalists will be asked to join us for a short, virtual interview in November/December.
