Avital Krifcher (she/her) is a passionate community builder, relational engagement practitioner, and project manager who aims to bring joy and human connection to everything she does. She comes to JSP with an academic background in disaster studies and community building, and has previously worked in the Jewish non-profit world, movement-based communities, and peacebuilding work. Avital manages JSP's cohort-based learning experiences and the JSP alumni community and loves the ongoing discovery of the magic of creativity through the lens of every participant she engages with. She lives in Brooklyn, New York and can be found enjoying vegan food, wandering around her favorite museums, and photosynthesizing in her local park.
