There are numerous Airbnbs within walking distance of our studio, and we’re happy to recommend nearby hotels that are a short Uber ride away.
A note about travel
Whenever possible we recommend flying into Oakland Airport (OAK). San Francisco Airport (SFO) tends to have more direct flights especially from the East Coast but will take longer to get to Berkeley where the studio is located.
A note about foodWe are able to accommodate major allergens, sensitivities, and needs, including Kosher, vegan and/or gluten free. If you have more specific dietary restrictions than stated above, please reach out.
-
There are three steps into the JSP Bay Area Studio building and the bathroom is not ADA. During art-making time, we will hang up paper on the wall so those who want to can stand to make art; we will also set up places to sit during art-making time if that is more comfortable for you. In the studio, there is a couch for anyone to use at anytime. If you have specific questions or concerns, please reach out to us.
All participants will be required to take a rapid COVID test before arriving to the studio on Sunday, October 11th. Masks are optional and extras will be available at the studio. If you are symptomatic or not feeling well, please stay home.
