The Jewish Studio Project opens hearts, challenges minds and encourages creative risk taking. Our creative learning experiences utilize JSP’s unique learning methodology - The Jewish Studio Process - which blends time-tested tools of Judaism, like questioning and reinterpreting, with processes from the creative arts, like drawing and reflective writing. By emphasizing inquiry as the primary way to engage Jewishly, JSP offers a reinvigorated approach to ancient Jewish wisdom that is relevant and meaningful to our lives today.

Creative Learning Workshops

JSP designs creative learning sessions for communities that offer participants a space and framework to gain new insights into their lives, to develop a greater capacity for empathy, and to build creative confidence. Workshops are typically two to four hours long and framed by a theme (e.g., holidays/Shabbat, current events, social justice topic) that can be custom-designed.
